Find below the details of these steps depending on your design pergola:

SOLAR PERGOLAS

Step 1 – Administrative (for solar pergolas):

When purchasing a solar structure, there are different administrative steps to be taken.
You can take care of these steps yourself, go through an organization that will handle it, or we can do it for you.

    1. Prior declaration (DP) for any structure under 20m² or Building Permit for more than 20m²: we take care of making the prior declaration to your town hall to obtain the necessary authorization to install your pergola.
    2. Request for connection to ENEDIS: we send the connection request to ENEDIS, so that, as soon as your pergola is installed, you can use your solar consumption.
    3. Consuel: Once the connection is made, we will send you all the documents.

If you want us to do it for you, no problem, it will cost 499€ TTC for all the steps for a Prior Declaration (<20m2) and 990€ TTC for a Building Permit (>20m2).

In the event that the request to your town hall is refused, we will refund your purchase by deducting this administrative fee.

Once your pergola is manufactured and delivered to you, you have 2 options:

Step 2 – Assembly & Installation:

Option 1: You can handle the installation yourself. In this case, you will need to:

    • Build the necessary foundations for the pergola attachment, following our recommended instructions included in the assembly manual.
    • Assemble the structure following the assembly manual that you will receive with your order.

Option 2: You can hire professionals to do the job for you. This will involve:

    • Hiring a mason to build the necessary foundations
    • Hiring an installer to assemble the structure

Step 3 – Connection to the Electrical Network:

To connect your installation, you will need to hire a certified QualiPV or RGE installer if you want to benefit from the investment premium and sell your surplus to Enedis.

The installer will dig a trench to bury the connection cable and run it to your meter.

The connection cable will be provided by the installer, so make sure to indicate the distance between the pergola and your meter.

By using a certified QualiPV or RGE installer, you will benefit from the investment premium for a self-consumption contract with surplus resale.

Once the connection is complete, your installation will be ready to use, allowing you to self-consume your kWh and sell any surplus.

PATTERNED OR SAIL PERGOLAS

Step 1 – Administrative:

You will need to check with your local town hall if you need to make a prior declaration for the installation of a pergola, as some town halls require it. If that’s the case, you can find all the details from your town hall. It takes a maximum of 1 month for the return of the declaration from the date of the request.

Step 2 – Assembly & Installation:

With all our structures, we provide an assembly guide upon delivery.

Option 1: You can install the structure yourself. In this case, you will need to :

    • Build the necessary foundations for fixing the pergola following our recommendations provided in the assembly guide
    • Then assemble the structure according to the instructions in the guide

Option 2: You can use professionals:

    • Hire a mason to build the foundations
    • Hire an installer to assemble the structure
